As of today, I've lost 10lbs in 8 weeks. I'm finally below 200lbs (198.2). Hopefully will never be on the other side of 200lbs again!
Workout was hard. Did the Strive circuit and increased weight for anything that I didn't increase prior to last week.
Tried to get brave on my cardio. 30min total with email@example.com, 3min@3mph, firstname.lastname@example.org, and 2min@6mph.
