Today's workout went well. Did the following for resistance training:
Bench - 2x10@95lbs, 1x5@95lbs (Didn't have a spot, and would rather not have the bar falling on my chest!)
Suspended Pushups - 3x5
Bicep Curls - 2x10@15lbs
Leaning Side Crunch (Don't know what it's called) - 2x10@15lbs
Leg Raises - 2x10
Tricep Press (Can't remember the proper name offhand) - 2x10@70lbs
Hanging Situps - 2x20
The run went pretty well. Ran a total of 35min w/ 3min walk@3mph for warm-up, 10min mile@6mph, 2min walk@3mph, email@example.com, 2min walk@3mph, 6min run@6mph, walk for remainder. Burned over 400cal for the 2nd workout in a row!
Unfortunately, it wasn't without cost. More on that later...
